    • Pita Chips
    • Hummus
    • Sun-Dried Tomatoes
    • Diced Cherry Tomatoes
    • Cucumber, chopped
    • Chopped Black Olives
    • Chopped Artichoke Hearts
    • Pine Nuts
    • Black Pepper
    • Lemon Juice
  • DIRECTIONS

    1. Place the pita chips on a large plate or in a large bowl.
    2. Heat the hummus in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir, then pour over the pita chips.
    3. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, capers, artichoke hearts, and pine nuts. Sprinkle with the black pepper and lemon juice.
