INGREDIENTS
- Red Kidney Beans
 - Tomato Paste
 - Dried Soya pieces
 - Realeat Soya pieces
 - Water
 - Green Pepper, chopped
 - Onion, chopped
 - Chillies
 - Fresh Basil
 - Ground Cumin
 - Salt
 - Garlic Cloves, minced
 - Rice
 
DIRECTIONS
- In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients except the rice. Bring the mixture to a boil then reduce the heat.
 - Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
 - Serve with the hot cooked rice.
